If you’re looking for a professional Massage Therapist or Certified Rolfer® you’ve come to the right place! I have regular clients who travel from the Albany, Binghamton, and Hudson Valley regions. I have been practicing full-time for over 20 years and have been voted the areas "Best of the Best" Massage Therapist for 10 years.  My specialty is getting results for people who have chronic pain, muscular tightness,  structural imbalances, and those who need to reduce stress and relax. A lot of clients have tried many other modalities (medication, injections, physical therapy, etc.) to find that my techniques have given them the best results.
